Framsden Parish Council has now completed its Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR or Audit) for 2022-2023
This year we were subject to an External Audit, which has now been concluded, with no matters brought to attention. The Notice of Conclusion details rights of inspection - the key documents can be accessed by clicking on the links below, but if you require any further information please contact the Parish Clerk.
There are statutory rights to the public for inspection of the accounts, see: Provision for the Exercise of Public Rights 2023
Since 2017 the Parish has received a portion of the Community Infrastructure Levy that developers have to pay the County Council when they build new properties in the area. The use of this money is carefully monitored to esnure that it is used to support infrastructure requiremetns that benefit the village as a whole, therefore annual reports need to be submitted.
